The beginning to a great adventure in Scandinavia took place on a long walk in Stockholm, Sweden, in -12°C, biting weather. But alas, a sage once said:

There is no such thing as bad weather, only poor clothing.

Here, the layer of ice atop the sea has been broken apart for ship operators, and we strolled cosily to the Liljevalchs Konsthall.

The 5 o’clock twilight and the city lights were astonishing and we were pleased to be living the moment.
